Forest Yoga
In a typical outdoor yoga class in the forest we will begin with breathing exercises and then slowly transition to simple controlled movement and on to held poses. we will then return to a seated pose for a short meditation. The goal will be to reconnect you with life your body and your own true nature.

Outdoor Meditation
In a typical outdoor meditation class we will begin by preparing the body for stillness through slow controlled movements and breathing exercises. We will then begin a short contemplative meditation and a walking meditation. We will then settle in for a longer awareness meditation which we conclude with breathing or sound practice.
