Connecticut Forest Yoga was created in order to bring the local yogi and Buddhist community out into nature. Behind the scenes there are many people working to make this experience transformative for you and it is truly a labor of love. we are a private Buddhist monastery and have been stewards to a wildlife refuge and organic farm in Connecticut for over 100 years. we love nature and know that it is an endless supply of wonder, inspiration, and wholeness. we want all beings to have access to the same peace and joy we feel every day so we created Connecticut forest yoga to bring people from all walks of life out into nature again. We know from experience that a connection to nature can be transformative to one's health and sense of well-being and we sincerely hope you will join us in our mission.

I will be your guide! I am a yoga teacher with over a decade of expertise in meditation, yoga, and a Masters in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others find lasting peace. My teachings are rooted in Buddhist philosophy, and I will provide you with a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being.
